My mum actually gave me a lot of musical influences – she used to love Elvis and she used to love Motown so she was the person who introduced me to the influences I have now in music.

My main ambition is hopefully to make a living from it…. But the main goal for me is to express myself and hope that people can connect with my music and something people can relate to.
